Guide to Illumience

Preferences

The following screen now appears:

As mentioned earlier in the General User Interface, Illumience 6 has the ability to update each field dynamically.

The following preferences can be set from this page:

  • Dark Mode: on/off.
  • Language: English/French/Spanish/Arabic.
  • Home Page: systems/map. This changes the home page you first see when you log into Illumience to either the system chooser or the map page.
  • Measurement: metric/imperial.
  • Default Number of Systems per Page: 5/10/25/100/250.
  • Default Chart: daily/monthly. When the user opens a new chart it will now either default to daily or monthly.
  • Historical Weather: enabled/disabled. Illumience monitors weather reports for each system and can integrate the current weather into the charts.
  • Six Day Weather Forecast: enabled/disabled. Illumience can also provide a six day forecast to your report screen.
  • Default Daily Chart Time Frame: Midnight to Midnight/Dusk to Dusk/Dawn to Dawn.
  • Default Detailed Report Configuration: Show All Data/*Custom charts made by user*. To create a custom detailed data chart, continue to “Creating a Custom Chart”.
  • Default Daily Report Configuration: Basic Daily Chart/*Custom charts made by user*. To create a custom daily data chart, continue to “Creating a Custom Chart”.
  • Default Monthly Report Configuration: Basic Monthly Chart/*Custom charts made by user*. To create a custom monthly chart, continue to “Creating a Custom Chart”.
  • Default Recent Systems View: Grid/Table. When the user opens the dashboard it will now either default to the grid layout or the table layout.
  • System Table Layout: Simple/Advanced. When the user has chosen the table layout and opens the dashboard it will either default to the simple layout or the advanced layout. For more information on what this is, please review the list layout section.
  • Report Page Layout: System chart first/Historical charts first.

In Illumience, all editable fields are dynamically updated. This means that when a change is made in a field, it is sent to the cloud to make those changes. Anytime a field is changed successfully, the user will see an icon at the top of the bar with the following indicator:
